Grip systems within a resin floor allow for more tread for vehicles and reduce the slipperiness of a floor. These are well suited to automotive flooring as well as the food and drink sector. Our registered product Monargrip is a leading system within this category and can be seen in showrooms and workshops for Landrover, Lamborgini and Porsche.
As the name suggests, we cover all types of factory floors across Derbyshire and the UK. This includes the preparation and resin floor repair work which is needed in order to get a good finish on the floor. Monarch installs factory flooring which has chemical resistance and is heavy-duty. We also install resin line marking which adheres to a 5S System commonly used within big factories.
In industrial settings a more heavy-duty floor may be required to withstand the day to day process. This is usually due to heavier machinery/forklifts which may be used within production facilities. Chemical resistance and thickness of the floor may also need to be increased depending on what the floor/factory is being used for.
We offer an end to end flooring package. This includes the preparation of the floor right through to the finished piece. Floor preparation can mean resin floor repairs using epoxy mortar, shot blasting and diamond grinding of the floor to leave a textured finish ready for laying.
Areas that may benefit from automotive resin flooring include garages and car workshop floors, MOT bay resin flooring, car showrooms and car manufacturing. This includes grip systems as well as resin line marking. We also install resin flooring in Derbyshire within car parks and across the UK.

We currently install resin flooring within garages in the surrounding areas to our offices. This includes Lancashire, Leicester, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. The two types of a garage floor which we do. The first is flake finish floors which are a decorative flooring option that has 18 colour blends to choose from. The other type of garage floor we install is a seamless resin. This is a one colour system that is either flow applied or painted. Flow applied is for floors that need levelling or are uneven but don’t need repairs. Resin floor painting are coating systems which are usually layers of primer, middle and topcoat (in most instances).
