Installation and contracting projects are governed by their respective quotations, specifications and terms of business.

Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible to return goods for a refund if:
The goods were purchased within the previous 14 days.
The goods are unused and undamaged.
The goods remain in their original packaging where applicable.

Custom Mixed and Made to Order Products
Certain products supplied by Monarch Resin Floors Ltd may be mixed, tinted or manufactured to your specific requirements. This may include, but is not limited to, bespoke RAL colours, decorative flake blends and specially specified resin products.
As these products are prepared specifically for your order, they cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged upon delivery or supplied incorrectly.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs or further information to help assess the issue before approving a return or replacement.
Opened products can only be returned where they are defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless the goods are defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.
Delivery charges and handling fees are non-refundable unless the goods were defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
