Monarch installs resin flooring in commercial settings to exterior areas. These types of resin systems are used to create a durable floor which has a designable and decorative appearance. These areas are most common within commercial premises where an outdoor seating area is present. This can be outdoor dining, smoking areas, walkways surrounding garden areas and other general pathways.
Exterior resin systems are waterproof as well as durable and can be custom made to a variety of designs specified by the client. A resin floor will be resilient against weeds and other plant growth which means there will be less maintenance required. A UV stable aspect will ensure that damaged caused by light from sunshine, outdoor heaters or other light sources will be minimising.

As a non-slip flooring option, Monarquartz is a perfect product for both indoor and outdoor surfaces. It is a textured epoxy flooring product which creates a grip within the floor making it ideal as an anti-slip flooring material.
Monarquatz is a highly customisable product which is trowel applied combining coloured quartz aggregate blends with clear resin binders. It comes in a range of different colour combinations to suit many outdoor areas. Monarquartz is easy to clean and sanitise as well as being low maintenance.
Monarquartz has three variations, the original Monarquartz is a trowel-applied epoxy with combined coloured aggregate and clear resin binders. Other variations are Monarquartz SC, a stone carpet effect and Monarquartz BC where the aggregate is cast onto the resin before it cures.
