What is Monarcoat 500?
The product Monarcoat 500 is a polyurethane floor topping that provides a medium-duty coating for floors. When two coats of Monarcoat 500 are applied to a floor, a build equivalent to almost ten coats of the conventional solvent-containing coatings. This polyurethane resin product has excellent abrasion and impact resistance so is well suited to both the commercial and industrial sectors.
Some of the advantages of this product can include UV stability, very low odour, flexibility and fast curing at low temperatures. We would recommend installing Monarcoat 500 in areas where a high build UV stable coloured top-coat/seal-coat is required. As well as areas where a fast turnaround but high-performance finish is needed.
