We provided resin flooring for one of the warehouses as part of a landmark industrial scheme, contributing to the high-specification units across the 25.5-acre site.
Monarch Resin Floors was hired to provide a flooring solution for the warehouse, covering an extensive area of 2800 square meters. Our client required a flooring system that could be installed on top of a mezzanine timber floor decking. As a result, we recommended our Monarseal 322 water-based epoxy resin for the warehouse project. It was well-suited because it easily absorbs into mezzanine boards, presenting a sealed coloured silk surface with just two coats. Monarseal 322 is also water dispersible, low in odour, and solvent-free, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
